By booking your festive menu with us you are agreeing to provide details for a pre-authorisation, which will be charged in the result of a cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, or a no show.  Pre-orders must be received 72 hours prior to arrival, menus are subject to availability and subject to change. If you, or your guests, have any allergies or special dietary requirements please let us know in the special request box above.

All festive set menu bookings will require an authorisation of £10 per person. Tables will be held for 15 minutes only – if you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call the pub. Failure to notify us, attend your booking or breach any our booking policy will result in this being redeemed. If you, or your guests, have any allergies or special dietary requirements please let us know in the special request box above. Pre orders need to be received 72 hours before your booking date. If you don’t provide a deposit, full payment, or send through your menu choices, your reservation could be at risk of cancellation.

St Austell Brewery reserves the right to amend or cancel your reservation at any time. While we will do our utmost to deliver all items on the menu, we reserve the right to supplement items should they not be available at the time of your reservation. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
